We offer a seasonal menu made up of classic and innovative antipasti, pasta, entrees, artisan cheeses and house-made desserts. Our Cucina is truly a scratch kitchen with many of our pastas being made fresh daily such as gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle. All of our butchering is done in-house and only local, responsibly raised meat and fowl are used. Seafood here is a specialty and only the freshest, seasonal catches are offered. Our style of cuisine leans toward real, authentic preparations of true Roman and regional Italian dishes that may include sweetbreads, veal osso buco, roasted leg of Lamb, braised rabbit, wild boar, baccala and house-made sausages.
